Overview

IC³ is a global, validated, standards-based certification program for basic computing and Internet literacy.  It provides specific guidelines for the knowledge and skills required to be a productive user of computer hardware, software, networks, and the Internet.

ECDL is a structured training program that demonstrates an individual has mastered the fundamental concepts of Information Technology (IT), and is able to use a personal computer and computer software applications at a fundamental level of competence.
